The administration is very responsive and on task with the needs of the family. I can’t say enough good things about the nurses and staff and how the keep me updated on my family member

The business and administrative staff are unresponsive to phone calls. My aunt feels safe and her Villa staff are very sweet, caring, and kind to her. However, there is a lot of staff turnover and housekeeping is poor. Whoever plans the menus needs to work on food presentation because the elders are served some strange combinations. We like the place because it is very small and my aunt doesn’t seem overwhelmed in the space. As I say her Villa staff are wonderful to her.

Beautiful campus and hard working staff but that’s about it. The staff are so overworked, the 1-2 aids do all the cooking, cleaning, laundry and elder care so the residents aren’t getting the proper care they need! Food is absolutely disgusting, my mom refused to eat it. Management is a complete joke. ❗️DONT❗️send your family here! Also most of the 5 star reviews are made by management trying to boost the star reviews!

Absolutely wonderful amazing dedicated staff!!! The girls really really do a great job and go above and beyond for the elderly people who live there, even the girls in the office will help as needed to do whatever needs to be done, amazing home cooking as well!!! Even the maintenance guys are nice ...
