As my mother was tellin me what a man named earl did to her the 2nd Floor CNA and in and said she had to hang up her phone when asked why she just hung up!

The experience was one, I’ll never forget. There isn’t any sympathy for the families that are already going through the emotions for the loved ones. The staff needs proper training on how to speak to families when asked questions. There rude, unprofessional, and only there to keep the patient “comfortable”. I will never forget how they treated my brother and family at the end. When he passed, minutes later they were already knocking on the door to recover his body to clean the room up for the next patient. Speaking to administration didn’t fix any problems. They acted in response to “ We’re here to fix any issue you may have,” but the results remained the same. Regardless of my review, once your loved one is here we know what’s going to happen. My point here is, the staff isn’t there to guide you through, you will see them come in and out to insert what will later lay them to rest and once it’s over, it’s to the next. My advice, train your staff to have mixed emotions every now in then...
