The food quality and service is terrible in the assisted living section. This has been going on since February 2023 with no resolution. They can not staff the dining room with enough servers that residents wait over an hour to just place an order. Once the food comes it is so dried out and tough it is not edible. Wait staff is rude and treat the residents as if they are an inconvenience and do not pay attention to their allergy warnings. Residents are forced to buy outside food and prepare in their own units equipped with only a small microwave or they go hungry.

I toured Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow. The place was gorgeous and very nice. Everything seemed like it was going to be great. It was very costly. It was probably going to be very costly for my mom's condition. She doesn't need two-person assist yet, but she needs a lot of assistance. They couldn't give me a price or an estimate or anything like that until she was assessed, whereas others could give me guesstimates at least. I just couldn't get pricing, and I was in a hurry because I wanted to get Mom out of the environment she was in. However, everybody was friendly. I met directors from different departments, and they were all very friendly. It looked like they had good activities too. The cleanliness was good. The room was nice.

I toured Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow. It was a great visit. We had lunch, and the lunch was delicious. The entrance to the facility was beautiful and breathtaking. There was a swimming pool and a movie studio. We met the arts and crafts lady. There is a patio where you can eat outdoors, although it was winter. The list of activities was incredible. The staff there was wonderful. Everybody was happy. It was so clean. It was just so nice. I would move there in a heartbeat if I could afford it right now, but should something happen, that's where my daughter would put me. The facility is laid out nicely.

Vitalia Senior Residences at Stow was gorgeous, it was beautiful, the people were very friendly, and it's very, very nice. I saw a studio or 1-room with a kitchen and bathroom. They had a great movie room, a vising area, a snack bar, and a beautiful dining room. It's brand-new so it looks beautiful. They gave me a little snack while I was there and it was really good. The staff who assisted me was very, very friendly, they sent me home with a goody bag. Overall, I just like how beautiful it looks and I like the attentiveness of the staff.

The dining room could be more well kept , it was a time in which they had not swept the floor. My loved one likes the food. It's very nice, and my loved one loves the community. It's diferent tha any other place, and feels like a resort. I really like, how accomodating they have been. It feels like home.
