Clean facility and friendly /competent staff. Food choices, preparation, menus, quality, and alternatives are terrible. Many residents throw food away due to such poor quality.Tough /poor quality meats, too many fillers (rice, pasta, etc). Not enough fruit, quality veggies, and food choices that are dental-work friendly. Worried about resident malnutrition due such poor food offerings and throw-away volume. Management needs to address this long-standing issue.

The thing that is the most disappointing is that the food is not very good at all. They need to make a change. The units are nice, they are set up like an apartment which gives a more independent feel. The administration is very nice. Like everywhere it is hard to have enough care staff. I would like to see more in the way of activities. We have had some issues with medication being ordered correctly. But overall it has been a positive experience.
