My mother was transferred from the hospital to The Waters. The room was not well maintained and was not clean. I had to request it to be cleaned when she was admitted. The night crew was not attentive. I wound up staying with her in the room to ensure she was able to get help at night. Many of the workers wore street clothes with no name tags which was disconcerting. I expressed my concerns to the manager from the moment we arrived. We moved my mom to another facility as quickly as possible. The only positive is she had a good physical therapist while she was there.
