I was robbed at gun point in the parking lot and administration did nothing to help. Others workers cars were broken into during the day and nothing was done. Administration DO NOT care about their workers neither their patients. Absolutely disgusted. I wouldn''t recommend anyone for this job.

If I could give a minus 10 if I could. These people are completely incompetent. My brother was sent here as a "skilled" facility. They sent him back to the hospital placing a catheter. The nurse punctured his uretha. He almost had a ruptured bladder. He reported not being attended to as much as 4 hrs when he was unable to remove himself from the toliet. He was released and had a heart attack but he wanted out if there. They caused the heart attack giving him potassium.

This should be 0 stars. Completely lacking in care from most of the staff. They stole money from my mother. Staff was nowhere to be found at night. They do not clean up patients very often. I had to insist they give my mother a cleaning, toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant. They do not care about the patients. Almost entirely agency personnel. No one takes ownership. The nightly neglect will lead to a death I''m afraid. I moved my mother out of fear for her safety. Westchase, don''t bother posting a generic call me message with your phone number. You don''t mean it. If you did. These concerns from people would have been addressed years ago. You should be out of business.

No place will be perfect, but there is no place like your own home or your relative''s home. Are there things that should be improved? Of course. However, the emergency responses are great and Mr. Green, and the staff (especially Anthony) do their best to help the residents and their families. My family and I do our routine checks for our family member, but I can say I don''t worry all the time!
