I have increased my rating from one star based on several calls from management in an effort to assure me that staffing and moral and facilities issues will improve. I intend to continue to increase my ratings as I see notable improvements. I would like to see major improvementsIn the general attitude of the full-time employees and I would like basic facilities like the call buttons on the sides ofThe patients beds to actually work.
