It’s difficult when you can no longer care for a loved one, but I’m so thankful for each and everyone that works at Westgate because they really strive to make the residents feel at home. They are caring, smile at the residents and visitors, and they try to make them happy at meal times. They check on the residents frequently, take them to appointments, and are professional. We had a wonderful Fourth of July party and all the families were invited and we had so much fun! Thank you! ❤️

We have the same story as the other one star reviews. My dad went to this facility for rehab after back surgery and he was neglected. His wound wasn’t cared for, he was left to sit in soiled sheets and wasn’t fed. In two weeks he dropped 40lbs because they weren’t feeding him. Due to COVID, no one could go see him so workers were free to do what they wanted. He passed away yesterday from the infection he developed while under their care. Grievances have been filed by the family, surgeon and hospital. If you love them, please do not send your family member to this facility.
