They took great care of my dad. Rehabs are tough because you want your loved one to be priority, and given most rehab operations this can seem like a daunting reality to have. My dad was at this facility for 2 months, and he was taken care of, fed, changed etc. He went to the gym everyday. And the staff was attentive to his needs. Though it may seem like the staff is not there or seem elusive at times there is plenty going on behind the scenes and beyond visiting hours. I was apprehensive at first, but my dad is way better than expected than when he was first admitted given his initial complications. If you are reading this thinking about sending someone here, know that the best progress will be made with loved ones in addition to the staff. They don’t know your loved one, and they don’t know their context and nuances as you might. Having gone through this twice, I will always tell someone that staying in this kind of facility I encourage daily or as frequent visitation to your loved one as you can. They do a great job, but do even better when you help them with getting to know your loved one.
