First 14 days you get a nice room and then they move you down the hall where people defecate in the shower and the rooms are filthy. Food is absolutely disgusting. They leave you in your room to scream and cry and do nothing to help you. Accused me of "drug seeking" for simply asking for my nerve pain medication and crying out in pain. Wouldn''t even send my dog here. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I was sent to West Park Health Care from Metro Hospital where I had a broken tail bone and a serious infection in my spine. I had to have a picc line put in and on antibiotics for nine weeks. Because I was incarcerated before being transported to Metro I had a gps monitor on me from the sheriffs department. The staff here were very understanding and not judgemental.They were kind to me and help meet all my medical needs. The nurses made sure I got all my medications on time. They also helped me get services for my addiction problem as well. The physical therapists worked very hard five days a week to help me regain strength to be able to walk again. They made sure I was transported to all my outside appointments.I am exceptionally grateful for all they''re help getting me both physically and mentally ready to discharge me from there and transition back in society. Thank you to all the staff and they''re team effort to help me recover....
