The dietary department is the worst! All they are concerned about is appearance and money. Not the great experience and nutrition that they could offer to their much deserved residents. My most detailed thought at the moment, is how the can opener blade must be clean for DHEC. I pray every day for better care, comfort, and understanding for these precious residents. It is a sad situation. I worked there 4 years ago and it still haunts me.

Neglect, theft, injury, suffering, hunger, poop on people, deplorable staff are the standards. Go look at patients tailbones and shoulder blades.
We LOVE White Oak! We recently had to move my grandmother into the facility and they have been nothing but helpful and kind. I feel safe with her being there in such good hands. I would recommend them to anyone!
This place is a big old joke they don''t treat their employees fair they show a lot of favoritism especially in the dietary department they fired a employee because of what someone said didn''t even give the lady a chance I would never work for them

I have had the pleasure of working for this company for just over 11 years, in three of our buildings. It has been a good company to work for...I have met many nice co-workers, residents, and family members. There are MANY, MANY factors involving how a company is run and the services that we provide to our residents. I have seen many staff come and go over the years, but have seen many staff stay for many years as well. We, as employees and likewise residents and family members, each have a different story to tell. In my experience, White Oak is the BEST nursing facility that you could ever put your loved one into. While each situation and experience is different, I believe that overall we take great care of our residents. I saw this not only as an employee, but as a daughter of a parent who was a resident in one of our facilities. Thank you for your time.
