The place is dirty, including the windows in Mom's room were so bad she couldn't tell if it was raining outside or not. Cold food unfit to eat, bad
Such nice staff! Responsive to my needs Felt welcome!
Took great care of my Aunt. COVID outbreak was handled quickly!
Mom''s there and I hate it!!!! It is a filthy dirty, under staffed nursing home. They throw the residents in their rooms and treat them like they are living in dog houses. Just leave them there with very little attention.
Famliy like surroundings

Apparently, the nurses are paid less than five dollars an hour more than the aides, and the same as the CMAs(certified medication aides), even when the nurse has FIFTEEN years of experience. Then, they DO NOT PAY OVERTIME while you are "orienting" for at least a month longer than you need or want. So the 20-ish hours of overtime I worked was totally unpaid, yet I was (since I was working on the clock but not being paid when I was forced to stay over) being held against my will. Remind me again, is that being held hostage or kidnapping? The total amount missing from 2 checks is around $800. Is this really the kind of place you want to work? Is this really the kind of place you want your loved ones? All hail the mighty dollar! I was kept in the orientation state so that I would not have to be paid full wage. Keep that in mind.
