DEAD!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS TO THIS FACILITY. Today I have learned through a mutual friend that a dear friend has lost her life. On yesterday she was released from this facility to her elderly husband, and today less than 24 hours later she has passed away!!! She was sent home with bed sores, and COVID 19. I also learned that recent visits to see her were unpleasant for the visitors. They were not greeted, she wanted water and there was no one there to assist them. This case will be investigated as I am understanding so I am not going to disclose the name of the patient, but this is just a warning to anyone considering to please not. This place needs to be investigated ASAP. I have read previous reviews and it is very concerning on how the elderly are being treated here.

The service is great and the employees were helpful with my needs. The food could use a little improvement but what place have you gone too where the food couldn''t use some improvements? The rehab department did a great job and I appreciate their efforts.
Very helpful and fast response to our garage door problem. These maintenance staff members at Wildewood Downs are the best!

The staff we very friendly and attentive to our loved one. They kept us up to date on their process and their progress to getting our loved one back on track towards their ADLS. I recently attended your Beatlemania special event held February 29, 2024. You knocked it OUT OF THE PARK! Absolutely fabulous! That was SUCH a wonderful evening and experience! Haven''t had a day like that in...like...forever. The decorations! The British Telephone Booth, The huge British flag, the almost life-size double decker British bus- not to mention the LP chargers, the 60ish vases, the 60ish microphone vases, the scrunched velvet runners... Not to mention the Abbey Road Album cover on the TV, and all of the books and images scattered around. And the band! Could not believe I could get so emotional hearing a band playing some of my favorite songs of all time! Do you know how long it has been since I have been to a concert? Over 20 years I believe. And they were so good!!! And please tell Mandy that her mom''s recipe was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Now I know why the British go on so about their meat pies. I really hope that becomes a regular feature! And the plate was hot, and the meat pie was still hot even to the end of the meal! And loved the sauce served with it! You could make that sauce a regular, too, for other meat dishes! And bless you for serving a non-chocolate, yet still scrumptious desert! Loved getting the plates taken away when we were done with them, and getting fresh utensils! Feel free to sprinkle any more superlatives around that you can think of! Sincerely, Janice Kinney
