Great group of health care providers. Short term stay for mom was wonderful. Got her better than her before her stroke. Friendly, caring, and helpful people.
We were very pleased with the care our family member received at WHCC. She entered the facility during the height of the COVID lockdown and the first few weeks were very difficult for all of us. The staff went above and beyond to help with the transition, but visiting on the phone or through a win...
We were very pleased with the care our family member received at WHCC. She entered the facility during the height of the COVID lockdown and the first few weeks were very difficult for all of us. The staff went above and beyond to help with the transition, but visiting on the phone or through a window isn''t ideal for a person''s mental health. We quickly realized that there were certain staff members that she was bonding with, talking about them as if they were family. She received regular therapy from trained professionals and any medical needs were handled quickly and thoroughly.
