This place is the worse place to put a family member the staff is rude and unprofessional my family has to wait 40 minutes before the aide came in the room also my family meals are always cold.

My grandmother was @ willow for 10yrs until she passed. This place is horrible never liked it from the time she entered. The aides & nurses that took care of her were nice but the management was silly as idk what. They never consulted with my mom about anything only with a relative of ours although my mom was a constant visitor. The place reeked of urine. My grandmother’s glasses & clothes disappeared so we could never buy her anything & leave it there. Just a sad depressing place to be. They need new ppl working there from the owners on down. Oh & from they time my grandma was admitted there, they never did any Therapy worth nothing. They stuck her into a wheelchair & after that she could no longer walk. Then they need to remodel the building from the inside out not just the front lobby! New beds tv’s & dressers rooms look drab with the outdated furniture.

Since I visited 6months ago I have noticed a lot of changes. After speaking with staff I was informed that the new administrator, although she is new to the facility she has been with the company for some time. As I was walking through the facility I noticed, great improvement with repairs, fresh paint, new curtains, new dressers and lighting. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. During dinner the staff was assisting residents to the dining room and residents were excited about the different choices of hot prepared food, drinks, as well as dessert. While visiting I noted how all the residents I encountered was neatly groomed. The building also smelt fresh and clean.
