The staff was very courteous and extra helpful in helping accomplish the activities.

Very few staff care about anything. Residents pull the help cord and lights come on but nurses walk by and don’t bother to help. We are lucky enough to go everyday. We have had to ask multiple times for a nurse to come help (when you can find one) and they do come. We had a couple of incidents an...
Very few staff care about anything. Residents pull the help cord and lights come on but nurses walk by and don’t bother to help. We are lucky enough to go everyday. We have had to ask multiple times for a nurse to come help (when you can find one) and they do come. We had a couple of incidents and the director came and looked and said they would write a report on it. Residents get told by staff they would be right back with what they asked for but never return. For the most part, staff is friendly while your standing there but most are there for a paycheck and that’s it. Director is nice and seems to honestly care about issues. The admin staff never have a clue what’s going on. We have called several times with questions and would get several call backs with several different answers.

There was a time I felt the care of the staff was lacking in many areas. Lately tho there seems to be more efficient and kind hearted staff. I realize Covid could have caused more stress and a senses. Good work. People are smiling! The building and rooms need repairs though and broken broken equipment fixed. I hope funding for that comes in soon.
