My grandmother was there for rehab after she broke her hiip due to a fall. She received excellent care and was able to return home after several weeks.
My mom was neglected here. They couldn''t get her meds after being repeatedly asked. She slipped on the floor and no one came for an hour after she rang the call bell. They forgot to give her dinner one night. When she asked they told her the cafeteria was closed. They finally brought her a dry pean...

They forgot to give her dinner one night. When she asked they told her the cafeteria was closed. They finally brought her a dry peanut butter sandwich she could''ve choked on, so she didn''t eat it. The PT is a joke. They never even took her into the PT room. We took her out of there after 3 days.

Mother had excellent care here. She lived here six months. The staff kept us updated and had a great attitude. We had great visits there until Covid 19. This is the cleanest, best kept facilities I''ve ever visited.

Very unorganized. My dad went to this facility after being released from the hospital & complained everyday about something. He did not receive the proper attention while staying there and begged for me to get him out daily. Upon his departure they didn’t even get the meds sent over that he would need until I repeatedly called and told them they weren’t at the pharmacy. The pain medicine he did leave with was only enough to last 3 days and they made his follow up appointment with his pcp for 9 days after discharge. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
