Are these positive reviews getting paid? I have never seen such a filthy urine smelling place in my life. I would not let them care for my dog! The staff don''t answer the patient calls and leave them laying there, don''t help to bathroom, and my Aunt made her own bed with a broken hip. I sat in the lobby for an hour and noone even looked in on her. The minute I walked in her room and they realized who I was 3 aides came in. Disgraceful!

I am out of state and have a very strained relationship with my family so I have had to contact their staff repeatedly with dismal results. Like someone else said, if I could give 0 stars I would. The one time I spoke with a nurse, she was terribly unprofessional and tried to say she could hear and understand my 95 year old grandfather without any difficulty and she stated proudly, “and I blew my ear drum out with a fitty cal.”. I kid you not. I couldn’t make this stuff up. And although my grandfather claims nearly every day that he can’t remember or speak very well due to his repeated strokes yet according to the nurse he speaks flawlessly. So it’s utterly hard to believe anything they tell you (once again I am agreeing with a point made by one of the other few legitimate reviews). Another time, a rude an crudely educated receptionist said she was unable to verify my grandfather’s residency or status which my grandfather claims should not be happening. So, once again, how do put trust let alone faith into such a business that employs people who lie so easily? And please don’t be fooled by the staff members who are reviewing their own work. Hence, the high google rating.

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I certainly would! My mother was in this facility less than a week and I pulled her out. She was left lying in her own vomit, clothing & depends had not been changed, and like a previous review I read, my mother would hit the call button and nobody would show up. The day i pulled her out, the staff basically called myself and my mother liars, that she never hit the call button. My mother was a fall risk and made it to the restroom by herself, they put a wheelchair by her bed. I was threatened by the doctor via video chat, which by the way, he had not been to see or assess my mother, and he looked like he had just came off a 4 day drunk. I contacted the elderly abuse holiness as well as the State Ombudsman. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone for their beloved family members!
