I have worked in this facility for almost 5 years. I am the Administrator. We have dedicated staff who have been employed here for 10, 20, 30 years. They have dedicated many years taking care of the residents here in Starke. The staff here are loving, giving and truly care about our residents and families. From the front door and receptionist all the way to laundry and dietary we are a welcoming team that strives for excellence everyday. Our facility is not new but we are proud to keep it clean and free of odors throughout. Family member new resident to facility. Due to Covid, cannot enter facility at this time. My mother was admitted on 09-16-20. Due to Covid-19, it is a hard time for us all as expected. Not sure of rules and regulations at this time and we, the family are communicating by phone with department managers. I have been communicating with director of nursing to know rules because our family is new to Windsor. I do have some issues 3 weeks into this facility and have spoken to department head regarding issues. I am very concerned at this point, only 3 weeks into my mom''s admission, we have some concerns. I only hope that as a result of my phone call with department director that our family issues may be resolved.
