We don''t talk enough about death, so I wasn''t prepared at all for when my father needed to be placed in a facility. Touring nursing homes was absolutely gut-wrenching because it seemed to be primarily about business. I don''t know if Deanna Dang works at this facility anymore, and it''s been 11 years since my father died, but this was the ONLY place I went to that had staff that outwardly showed they cared about the people they were taking care of. It wasn''t as fancy as the other places we visited, but it was clean and the people working there obviously cared about my Dad.
