My Father was in there for rehab and possible long care stay. Worst place possible. There staff does not care about their patients, you ring the bell and all you get is attitude like your bothering them if they even come at all. You never get updates or Drs report They left my Dad with coffee all over him for hours and expected us to change his sheets and clean the floor. Then they took his clothes to be washed and we never got them back. We got him out right away. Just a few of the awful things that happened here. Never again, stay clear of this place 😔

I visited a family member here and had a terrible experience. I witnessed an elderly patient being forcefully handled by a worker, and later found out that patient was positive for COVID. Their door was open and they were not wearing a mask, thus potentially exposing many other elderly patients on the floor. We encountered seven nurses before we were informed that it was a COVID floor, which we only learned when we asked them directly. This is unacceptable two years into the pandemic. My family member has continuously said that she is being mistreated by staff and cannot wait to leave. After this experience, there is not a doubt in my mind that this is the case. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
