When I called them back under a different number than they finally answered me. I shouldn''t have to do that to get an answer. They said no because if dialysis we talked to dialysis team and that wasnt the reason why. We talked the nursing home she is currently at and they said Dove reached out to them and Dove didnt want my sister there. Dove has lied many times to my family. My sister is now being sent 4 hours away from family because dove didnt want her

This facility is under staffed to provide specific rehabilitation needs for patients. The staff providing care does a great job; however, they are under staffed. One thing I would say is to be cautious when selecting this facility as the head medical team will submit a DVM form to remove your license if they feel the patient should not operate a motor vehicle, regardless of the patients personal healthcare providers and specialists recommendations or views. Please contact me if you would like specific information, happy to share. The service providers were outstanding, just not enough of them to provide the level of care needed.

I have been trying to get a family member into this institution since last Friday. On Friday we were told that there was a bed available. They said that they faxed the paperwork to the doctor''s office, however the doctors office said that they never received it. As a result my family member had another Emergency Room visit and has suffered since Friday. When I called them this morning, that one bed they had available; that we thought she was going to get was given to somebody else. My biggest complaint is that I have been working with them since Friday and 7:50 this morning trying to get the paperwork completed. At 11:50 I was informed by Brianna in admissions that the bed had been given to somebody else. If the bed was given to somebody else why didn''t they call me and let me know that my mother lost her spot, so that I could have spent the better part of the day finding another location for her. Brianna''s answer was I''m sorry I guess I dropped the ball on that. My advice is : if you need a bed drive there, get the paperwork take it to your doctor''s office yourself, stand there while the doctor fills it out, and take it back to the facility don''t rely on the errors of others to get your loved one into a facility.

My mom was there in January 2018. At her first care conference she was told she wasn’t going home and she wasn’t trying very hard in physical therapy. She was left to sit in her wheelchair with the pedals on with no assistance because they’re not interested in helping people unless they’re going through prescribed therapy. She couldn’t consistently get her teeth brushed and she had trouble working the tv remote so she just sat there watching whatever was left on tv. Occasionally someone would change it but in general if family wasn’t there it didn’t get done. It was recommended she go to a nursing home but Medicaid put her in Rutledge assisted living where she was miserable and died after six months of subpar care and three plus weeks with no food or water in hospice. I’m pretty sure she’d give transitions a big fat F.
