Please rethink before putting your loved ones here. While I do agree you can’t guarantee a life in paradise in any nursing home, however this place just stereotypes the idea of how awful nursing homes are. Many CNA’s they just don’t want to be here, they really don’t know how to handle any elderly without talking down to them and bullying. I’m not going to lie, some are generally great people but they are overpowered by the ones who don’t care. The social workers….the female social worker. Don’t even try to get anything out of her, she just doesn’t want to be bother. You’ll realize that when she intentionally avoids to help anyone. This place is so unorganized, no one tells anyone anything. If a new CNA or a new nurse is taking care of a different shift they would never inform each other of any outcomes or circumstances that occurred during the day to make sure anyone starting a new shift is aware of what to expect within the elderly. The doctor, he just doesn’t care either. He’ll come in with a simple “hey how are you feeling.” And then just leave. He won’t literally sit with you and make sure you are getting the best care you need. These are old people, they are like children. Not all of them are all there in the head but the staff is and yet they have knack to talk back to the patients and bully them. They are short staffed, and I am well aware of that. That’s not the problem, the problem is how some just don’t want to do their job.

The CNA workers at this Home Facility are absolutely worthless of their services like taking care of patients with dementia.. my sister went to visit our mother & she found feces and urine in her bed that''s despicable & so unprofessional on their part for not doing their job .. the worst part is that I received a phone call from this home facility Woodbridge the lady said over the phone that my mother had fallen and she suffered a cut on her face ... so mom was rushed to the emergency room at Humboldt park health hospital where they also found in her a Stomach infection in her bowls & Severely dehydrated from being at this deplorable facility which seriously needs to be closed permanently because it''s so unfit ... one of the nurses at Humboldt park health hospital who was under the care of my mother said she heard quite a bit of negative things concerning this facility.

Incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional receptionist. I truly hope she doesn’t treat like that people at her job in general, not only because it’s not right but also considering the fact that this is a nursing home and it’s common sense that you need to be extra careful and mindful how you talk to people and make sure you are always polite and attentive.
