Woodland Heights is a top-notch assisted living facility. The staff are capable, kind, and caring. They have very little turnover, and high safety standards. My parents moved there from another ALF during the pandemic. Their care was better, their apartment cleaner, and they were more contented and settled than they’d been at the other facility. Mom died there, and in her final months the staff went out of their way to ensure that she was as comfortable as possible, and that we were lovingly supported as a family. Then they were excellent and very sweet with Dad, in his difficult adjustment after 68 years of marriage. I would highly recommend Woodland Heights if you’re looking for a great place for your elderly loved ones. There is a great feeling of community there, among both the staff and the residents, and the care is really excellent. Thank you, Woodland Heights, for helping us through a difficult time in our parents' lives with grace and competence!
Read moreThe community is in a good location and it is quiet. It's very neat and clean and the staff are very friendly. They are starting up activities and have more to do for the residence. I would recommend this community to others.
We chose Woodland Heights because of the location as well as the value for the money. The room size here was more than sufficient for her, plenty of room. We were more than lucky to find them and would highly recommend to others who are looking.
Staff training very poor, had fallen a great deal in last 12 months. Too many care givers with little experience . This privately owned assisted living sells you on varied care levels, but can't provide them.
