This is a very hostile work environment. They administrator is rude and hateful towards their office staff. They belittle and talk down to their employees. They dont care about the residents living there. Just an overall very unprofessional environment.
I recently worked a shift here and all of the employees and residents were very friendly and so respectful.
Pops got a mean nursing home game l. Glad he doing good
This facility does smell of urine, but I feel if it was cleaned properly then this would not be a issue. And workers could be a little nicer and caring. Treat the residents as if they were your mom/dad or family.
