Worst care ever!!! You would think for $11,000.00 a month and the fact that my mother in law has been a resident at Hillcrest for over 17 years they would at lease come help her when she calls them. They should be ashamed of themselves!
Way under-staffed. Some that work there have limited English speaking.

My husband was transferred from Mona Valley hospital to hills when we did the meeting I found out that they had not been giving in his blood thinners for 2 weeks they blamed the doctor the doctor says he ordered it then they blamed Pomona Valley who was transferred from boat yet I spent an hour and a 1/2 on the phone with Pomona Valley going all of his meds even though there should have been paperwork given to them with an AM and PM medalist the day nurses are rude they don''t care if you try to get an update on how your love one is doing the director of nursing doesn''t seem to want to solve anything don''t take your love when there it''ll be the most biggest mistake you''ve ever made to mess up seizure meds and blood thinners that were important for 2 weeks is insanity They had a copy of the medalist along with the copy of his insurance cards and power of attorney and they still managed to mess it up and then acted like it was no big deal
