I''m a social worker. My patient was here last fall. She actually tried to use her life alert to get out. A night nurse named Maria was particularly awful. Nobody wore badges and nobody would disclose their last names. Apparently there''s a conflict between the facility staff (who were terrible) and the contracted agency staff, who were doing the best they could and were the only bright spot for my patient. Under current management, steer clear.

Meals could be better for all residents. And better aid and support.

My family member was at Wyndmoor for 3 weeks. He was not fed on time at all and when they did bring a substitute platter it was a piece of meat and cheese on 2 slices of bread. The Therapy was almost non-existent. When I would call the Switchboard, each time it rang at least 30 times. When connected to the Nurse''s station, I would be placed in hold for at least 20 minutes, each time!! This Facility is a nightmare.
