This is by far the worst facility there is. My father was taken there today was dropped off placed in a bed and that was it. They did absolutely nothing. They did stand around and talk to each other though. So we were going to take him home and they said the social worker has to discharge him and they won''t be back til Monday. Its Wednesday mind you. My mother called the facility later after my father called very upset. The phone went to voice mail and low and behold the mailbox is full. This is so horrible. In my opinion this borders on elder abuse.

The pictures come nowhere close to the dilapidated worn out place that it is. You have a few staff members that are excellent, for the most of employees, they are lazy and don''t even come close to performing they''re job to the slightest efficiency. Oh ya you get a lot of smiles, and you get a lot of I''m a miserable wretch and don''t want to be here looks as well. There is insufficient space for personal items for those long term patient''s, and my personal feeling is those in charge are running this place to just get by to stay open and spend more money and to e on they''re selves and staff than on patient''s and making sure they are happy and have a place that feels a bit like home. Patient''s personal items are being stolen and I do believe there are staff involved. The so called doctor doesn''t come to actually see and talk to patients, medicine isn''t distributed a lot of times as prescribed, patient''s on many occasions have to set in they''re own mess foe extended amount of time. I believe family members need to get together and start writing logs of these things and perhaps file a lawsuit.
Read moreThis facility needs to be updated so severely. The staff does not pay close attention to their patients, it’s dirty and dark. I would not in any way recommend sending your loved ones to this place.
For starters it smells, it doesn''t look anything like the pictures, there is one small bathroom to four beds, and there are student RN''s everywhere! Not sure if I should move my mom or give it a chance?

Great place if you wish to die. Could not get ahold of anyone by phone ever, left grandma (age 95) screaming for help and sitting in feces. When her oxygen and pulse dropped they monitored for over 2 hrs before calling non emergency transport. Lost some of her clothes but were extremely concerned about us signing a bed hold. Thank you NO!
