My exprience here at The Pines was excelent especially Sensai and Tanya my nurse,and the Administrator he spend time with me to make sure that I get the care that I needed.it feels like I was among family.I will forever Remember this place.

I would like to say.that I have been a CNA since 1983 and it is a lot different being on this side of a W/C-walker. I needed PT/OT and on the list to pick from was the Pines they are known to their PT/OT is what I needed..At PT was Jeff and at OT was Terry they listen to you (can''t forget Breeze) and help you make your goals and needs.There was was some problems with my pain medication but supervisor from 3-11 Shannon help get them straight and called the doctor to adjust the dosage and things started to get better and moving along. The 7-3 nurse Renee always made sure my incision was clean and dry. Renee and Jessica they made feel good and special on my birthday. Kathy from housekeeping kept my room clean even though I drop a lot of things on the floor LOL Sherry from housekeeping came everyday Julia 3-11 nurse always made sure my needs where ment and 11-7 shift Sue check me often. I have known some of these people for a few years and some I just met.So thank you one and all for your help and understanding. and kindness it was deeply appreciate
