My father has gone to this facility a few times for different rehab needs. The facility is clean well organized and the staff was very responsive to his needs.
My mom is a resident at Cocomo for several years now and I can''t thank the staff and the CNA''s enough for the wonderful care and compassion that they have shown towards my mom. Cocomo is a top notch facility I could have not asked for a better place to care for my mom.
If I could give negative star I would. Day 1 clothes were stolen and wrong medication . Then took blood pressure itwas 169 over 90... um way to high, nurses never came back nor was he monitored. Nurses there are clueless. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE THERE!!!!!!!
This place is horrible ! My mom was there for a fall. They would leave sheets for her to strip and make her own bed. Never assisted her to the bathroom like the order called for by the doctor. She was in therapy once the whole two weeks she was there. I wouldn’t even let my worse enemy stay here. ...

Clean and organized home. Attentive and Caring staff helped the transition a bit "easier". Happy with our decision in this hard time.
