Belmont Village Geneva Road was a beautiful place and we had a positive tour experience with them. For our situation we though that a dedicated memory care facility would fit our loved ones needs better which is why we went with another place.
Belmont Village has met all of our expectations.
As so many businesses have come through pandemic, they are thin-staffed for short periods of time, but never to the point where we thought the care was comprised.

We chose Belmont Village because they had the quality of care for my mom that we were looking for. The room sizes at the facility are a a little bigger than others we looked into, so they are nice. The care is excellent and I would recommend to others looking.
The assisted living areas of the complex are beautiful, plenty of light and spacious apartments. On the memory care side, it wasn't quite as well appointed, but we were told there are plans to give it a 'face lift'.
