We’re conveniently located near area hospitals, restaurants and shops. And with memory care, our specially-trained caregivers will help loved ones with Alzheimer’s or dementia live a meaningful and purpose-filled life.

Our Clare Bridge memory care program is industry-leading and walks residents down a daily path of enrichment, allowing them to nurture their current skills as well as pursue a variety of hobbies and passions. We take a person-centered approach to care and are here to help with things like bathing, dressing, dining and mobility needs.
