Our Clare Bridge memory care program is industry-leading and takes a person-centered approach. We guide residents through a daily path of enrichment, giving them the chance to nurture their current level of skills, reconnect with their passions and explore new hobbies. We’ll also help with bathing, dressing, dining and mobility. And residents will partake in research-backed activities that provide chances for engagement and socialization, including:
