Through our person-centered, signature program called Clare Bridge, they’ll be able to take advantage of all our years of research and experience each and every day. Our team will offer gentle guidance and reminders as they participate in six planned activities per day, such as:

Our common rooms and private apartments have all the comforts of home so your loved one can feel relaxed and at ease. We also have circular pathways throughout the community and enclosed outdoor courtyards too. Monitored entries and exits and a 24-hour security system can also provide peace of mind for you and other family members.

Because we work with you before your loved one arrives to create a custom care plan, you never have to worry that their healthcare needs will go unattended. We can help with things like bathing, dressing, managing medication and coordinating with outside healthcare providers. But our staff is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
