Brookdale Union is a premier assisted living community with a chef-driven meal plan, resort-like amenities and an attentive staff. Located in Gastonia, North Carolina, we’re tucked away on beautifully landscaped grounds near Ferguson Park and the Catawba Creek Golf Course. And we’re just a short drive from area dining, shopping and medical providers.

At Brookdale Union, you’ll love waking up with the ability to design your day. If you’re living a mostly independent lifestyle but need a little assistance, our specialty-trained caregivers can manage your medications and coordinate with your outside healthcare providers. And if you need some help with daily living activities, like bathing, dressing or mobility, we’ll assist with that as well. Our staff will handle the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance for you. And you’ll love being able to walk down the hall for delicious meals in our restaurant-style dining room, which serves entrees like baked whitefish with lemon, pan-fried pork chops and classic meatloaf.

You’ll be able to choose your own pet-friendly apartment, to ensure that you find the perfect home to meet your lifestyle. Our units come in studio, one and two-bedroom suites and you’ll love decorating your home to reflect your personal style. Your apartment will be outfitted with large windows that let in natural light, a private bathroom and a closet. We also have a variety of amenities to enjoy, like:
