Hello, I was a resident at Claremont for in patient therapy. I was there for two weeks and had a good experience. The therapy was hard for the injury that I had. But it was good to help with the stiffness that my leg had. I broke my leg in three different places of my Tibia and Fibula. I had surgery that they put a rod and 6 pins in my leg. I was in the hospital for a week and very little therapy which was walking. With the help of the Therapist I able to walk with a cane and go home to do basic needs. I was an issue with my insurance as well for longer stay but the help of the staff that hand those matters did it really quickly and told me what needed to be done to help out. As the staff that takes care of you with meds and if you need help with like going to the bathroom or getting into the bed. The care givers were really good and prompt on helping out. The food was not to bad when it comes to hospital food. The hospital that I was at gave me boiled chicken, white rice and mixed vegs but was ok but no flavor. The food at the Claremont was good and seasoned and had a mix of different food ( hamburgers, seasoned chicken, meatloaf and casserole). I know that not everyone thinks of going to a nursing home but this one is quite good and that keep patients to each of there sections depending on their stay. They provide transport to your appointments if you need it. Which the driver is quite nice and friendly and cares for you to and from Claremont. The rooms are not bad either once you settle in. The only negative I can think of is the bathroom situation where 4 ppl max share one bathroom. But there are plenty of bathrooms around the facility that it wasn''t a big problem since i would just go to the bathroom done the hall but not all are able to do that so to whom there own. I feel bad for the event staff that i was able to join in the events they have each day as i was in therapy or at a doctors appointment. But what I''ve seen and read fit looks like they have something for everyone and were quite sprightful. So overall this is a great place for rehad or even needing housed.
