This was the best move we could have made for my mother. She has gotten the best care since we have moved her. The fact that the medical staff is hired and not an agency is an absolute plus. The turn over with an agency was a nightmare. No one was ever the same and with someone with dementia that was hard to handle. The staff knows everyone by there names because the facility isn't so big.

The community is understaffed. They only had one housekeeper to clean the entire community and the resident's rooms. The staff made promises during the tour and before moving in and the promises weren't fulfilled on their end. There were times the family brought concerns of theft to Management a...

The community is understaffed. They only had one housekeeper to clean the entire community and the resident's rooms. The staff made promises during the tour and before moving in and the promises weren't fulfilled on their end. There were times the family brought concerns of theft to Management and our concerns weren't addressed and it felt swept under the rug. It felt like they were more concerned with filling the rooms with residents, than providing the care of the residents. I feel communication with the staff and family is lacking and could be improved. My loved one loved the chef, and some of the other residents here. I believe the building is great!
