They tell you that you cannot make an appointment to visit a patient the same day and this was on the patient''s birthday. They tell you that there is one cordless phone for all of the patients and they cannot find it when you call. I have not been inside due to Covid, but from what I have seen the facility needs to be inspected.

My mother called several times and they said he was right and then after days my mom knew he was dead because my grandpa partner told us it is so sad because my mom could not talk to him. This is inhumane.
