Yeah when I first saw the place it appeared to be heaven on earth. Pools, fun loving people walking around and socializing. I thought my grandma was in the best place ever. (Only if your assisted living) If you are placed in the dementa ward well that is the hell to their heaven. My grandma's bathroom held the whole wards soiled trash cans. She got a bed sore with in 2 months due to a plastic bag being left in her depend for god knows how long. I know I had to be pulled off her skin and worse my Down Syndrome aunt who could function on a 3 year olds level. Eat, dress, use a restroom by herself, happy and fun loving, has been reduced to a coma state that was placed on hospice within 8 months of her being in the place. Worse yet when my grandma saw her decline and requested to go home. They told her she know longer had any say as to what happened with my aunt. My 92 year old grandma, they sat in a room and told her she had lost any right to her 64 year old child. Because she didnt know she had to get guardianship of her at 18. All these years nobody said anything until she tried to save my aunt from dying and was told she had to sit and watch it because they had custody of her now. This place are elder abusing, money hungry, rude and they kidnapped my aunt. They refuse to listen to my grandma about her care or her wishes. We need to find an attorney that will help us all with a class action law suite for malpractice and elder abuse. They should not be allowed to do this and hold a 62 year old Disabled person as backmale to get a pay check. Then they had the nerve to say they are out for the nursing home not the patient.

Zero stars. Magnolia manor KILLED my mother. They allowed her to FALL MULTIPLE times from her bed as well as from her wheelchair. The last fall resulted in multiple BRAIN BLEEDS to which no medical attention was sought until 4 days later. My mother suffered a HORRIBLE DEATH at the hands of these murderers!!! I was assured my mother was “not hurt in any way” after the last fall. They simply put her back in the wheelchair and went about their day while my mom lie bleeding into her brain. When my mom was finally taken to the ER 4 days later I received a voicemail from Magnolia Manor to call them but it was a NON emergency!!! This facility is complete trash, mom had rat in room on several occasions, busted water main, was left in dirty diaper all the time, and never received the therapy she needed. My mom went into this place to recover from a hip replacement at 69 and never made it out alive!! WARNING MAGNOLIA MANOR WILL KILL YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS!!! I also uploaded a picture of my mothers feet just to show the level of care.
