The staff at Medford Miulticare are very friendly. The rehab here is excellent as well. The rooms are kept cleaned on a daily basis. Nurses are very attentive. I would definitely recommend this facility if in need of there services.
This is like a second home to me. The cna''s are very caring and very attentive. The nurses are right on time with medications. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a rehab center.

My husband was just recently discharged from MMC. He was there for short term rehabilitation. The physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy departments were excellent! The gym on site is huge, and filled with so much equipment! All the therapists were professional and diligent and they all prepared him well for his return home. The facility is kept clean and they take covid protocols quite seriously! I can''t say enough about the nurses and aides on 2B! All very caring and thoughtful. Although he did not take advantage of it, the recreation department does a great job of trying to keep residents active and entertained. The food service could use an upgrade however. Overall, he had a great experience.

My family member entered an assisted living facility 4 years ago and was able to get around easily with a walker. She started declining rapidly and soon became wheelchair bound unable to walk at all. After a few stays in the hospital, her condition worsened further and could only be transported in a stretcher. I''ve tried several rehabs and none of them provided any improvement to her health. To try something new, I sent her to Medford Multicare and I am amazed at what they have done for her. Within a few weeks, she regained some strength and was once again able to sit in a wheelchair. The PT dept was wonderful and after a few months, she is back to walking with her walker. This is the first time she''s walked in 3 years. All of the doctors and nurses are accessible and give me regular updates, something I never got from any other rehab. The administrators are also accessible when needed. I''m not overstating when I say that they restored my loved one from near death to functioning better than she has in many years. I''m now very optimistic to see how much further she can improve.
