The staff's there are nasty and lazy I won't recommend for you to bring your love ones here if you do you make sure you are on there ass it's ashamed that my mother don't feel comfortable with the staff there because they talk about my mother weight and etc i don't understand why they have these people working here and not checking on how they work and I know the treat the other patience the same also I have seen it with my own eyes that i had to check one of the workers there for being nasty. Also patience try to run away from facilities and they don't even care.

I cannot personally speak of the services provided at the facility as I have not needed them thus far. HOWEVER, what I can speak to is the dedication and fine character of the owner. Michael is an extremely passionate individual and will cater to your needs with haste and gusto as if you were a member of his own family. He will give the shirt off his back and the bread from his table to those in need. You have yet to meet a more hospitable and benevolent person. For that reason I highly recommend Regency. I wouldn’t trust my loved ones to be anywhere else.

My Mom stayed for a month at Regency Heritage, and it was an amazing, hugely beneficial experience for her after her left hip Hemiarthroplasty. She had a private room with dedicated, responsive, supportive care and assistance from nursing, aides, doctors, therapists, social worker, unit clerk, reception and admissions. Everyone on staff including food and nutrition, housekeeping and maintenance are very helpful. The rehab gym is quite large with various pieces of critical equipment, and the Physical and Occupational Therapists offer sessions that meet the specific needs of the patient to ensure that the goals are met, especially if the plan is to go home and return to normal/baseline prior to injury. Would completely recommend this subacute rehab facility and have planned for another family member to stay here to recuperate/rehabilitate from surgery.

My mom, aged 90, had a lengthy rehab stay at Regency after a hospitalization. She was cared for with great skill and kindness, during a tough time in the COVID epidemic. Staffers went out of their way to keep mom connected with us via FaceTime at a time when visitation was difficult. At the end of the stay, the staff and owners gave her a nice send off at the front door as we took her home. Very touching. I give Regency five stars and recommend them
