One star but that place deserve city or health authorities inspection not stars my mom came in 7/8/22 to recover from knee surgery; she immediately got COVID. they have moved her to 3 different rooms with different people with COVID in each room. They don''t attend her until after 7-8 hrs if she gets lucky. Because of her surgery, she cannot go to the bathroom by herself and she get diaper change twice a day , 3 if God blesses her. Today with COVID symptoms such as cough, fever, ear pain, she has been going for 24 hours without anyone checking on her. No once attended for her COVID symptoms. Javier, the nurses manager said he was going to send a person to check on her and at this time (2 more hrs over the time she has being unattended)and he sent anyone. “recovery center”…crap center, so sad that places receive thousand of dollars for NOTHING…. Oh yeah for hundreds of death people unattended

Rinaldi Convalescent Hospital is not a place where you want your family to go to. My grandmother was taken there after being discharged from the hospital, the main reason she would go there is to have adequate care after knee replacement surgery. The staff and nurses here are careless and ignore their residents. My grandmother had an awful experience staying there one night and until midday when she was suffering from shortness of breath and chest pain from feeling abandoned and ignored, she told us that she would call for help and it would take hours for someone to show up. What kind of attention and care is that? I am deeply sorry to have allowed my grandmother to go to this place for rehabilitation, however I had no idea the negligence that occurred here.

Is not a good facility. They feed patients with nasty food, very unhealthy. Patients are not given the care that are supposed to have for being a convalescent home. Nurses are not adequate to care for any human being, they are there just for the money and not for the patients. They are very careless and unhelpful people. The city of the health department needs to investigate this facility. I was told that many patients are taken to the hospital due to falls. PLEASE HELP ME HAVE THE CITY investigate this facility. On behalf of the patients that have no one to speak up for them. For the patients to have a safe and healthy place to recover. This is what the City pays this facilities for take care for the elderly and not to kill them softly.
