We toured Runk & Pratt of Forest. It looked a little bit older, not a state of the art, but it was a homey place. The rooms they showed were just kind of blank rooms. There was no furniture or anything in them. They had a nice courtyard in the center of it where they had some garden area.
They are understaffed which is the reason we gave them some lower ratings, it was difficult to find the staff when you needed them. However everything there was very kind and really did try their best.
My father is in Runk & Pratt of Forest. The care is good. He hasn't been there that long and he's still getting used to the place. He has a nice private room, and there's plenty of space. Being memory care, I think they have what they need. They have a room that's dedicated t...
My father is in Runk & Pratt of Forest. The care is good. He hasn't been there that long and he's still getting used to the place. He has a nice private room, and there's plenty of space. Being memory care, I think they have what they need. They have a room that's dedicated to lights and sounds and things like that. It's kind of like a stimulus room for them; it's pretty neat. It's secured, and it's clean. They will call me if they need something and I call them. I know who to talk to now and they let me know how he is doing.
