My poor grandma passed here. I''ll never forget the last day I saw her. It was the end of the year in 2017. She was sitting in her poop for hours. Staff stated they were understaffed and couldn''t help her. Would you like to be sitting in your feces for hours?!? I don''t care how understaffed you are. I yelled at them until they helped her. You are a pricey home for elderly and they don''t deserve that type of treatment. She passed away at the beginning of 2018. I''ll never forget this place and how horrible they treated my grandma.

Under the life care contract, Dad transitioned to "the neighborhoods" (...
Dad has thrived at St. John''s since moving into senior independent living in 2017. As Dad''s needs increased in senior independent living, St. John''s staff provided nursing and housekeeping support tailored to match his needs. Under the life care contract, Dad transitioned to "the neighborhoods" (aka assisted living) in July 2023. St. John''s staff made the move so easy and provided a full 30 days to vacate Dad''s former apartment. Dad is currently receiving compassionate care and skillful nursing support in "the neighborhoods". The life care contract means no change in the monthly base rate. I am so grateful for the exceptional care Dad is receiving. Thank you St. John''s!
