The Arbors of Gulf Breeze was nice and clean. It was in a very nice neighborhood and close to shopping. It was top-notch. It is just a little overpriced, and it's out of our budget range. They had washer and dryer options in the unit, and they had meals in their nice little dining hall. People decorated outside their doors, and it seemed to be a nice community. The manager that gave us the tour was great. My mom has some mobility issues, and the manager was wonderful and very patient. The front desk was not so great. The person there was a little odd, did a lot of staring, and made my mother uncomfortable. The rooms seemed spacious though. They had a balcony/porch depending on what floor, and that was nice.

Overall it is a good situation and we would recommend it to other families, but we do have a couple issues. Now this is our loved ones choosing so not completely their fault but when our loved ones meal gets delivered it sometimes is cold and unappetizing. Also we really don't like these specific care charges - we were led to believe three meals would be provided every day and that they can be delivered to their rooms which is true, but its an extra [fee removed] to have the meals delivered. We feel that should of been better explained during the move in process and have more clarification

The Arbors of Gulf Breeze was great. The food smells really good when you walk in the door. The executive director took us on a tour and she was very good. The accommodations were nice. I looked at the one-bedrooms, and it had washer-dryer, refrigerator, and stove. It just doesn't have any other furniture. You have to bring your own. They had a church, an exercise room, and a reading room as well. They had everything, except a pool. They gave me chicken and dumplings to go and they were awesome.

My loved one had some complaints with the food at first, but once she figured out she can select what she likes, she's been much happier. They offer daily activities and trips. The cost seems high but is comparable to other places.

The Arbors of Gulf Breeze was beautiful and well decorated. The staff was very nice. The facility was very nice and updated. They had full kitchens. They have games for the people and happy hour. The living atmosphere was very nice. The only downside was they had very little greenery, very little yard even on the whole grounds. They didn't have a lot of green space and they are a lot more expensive than the other facility.
