Overall, The Auberge is a wonderful facility. The entire staff, from top to bottom, is dementia trained, and their interactions with patients are encouraging. My Mom was a very "difficult" case of Alzheimer's. The Auberge was very patient with Mom, was always looking for ways to improve her comfort level and helped facilitate one-on-one care when we reached that point. I know The Auberge is probably on the more expensive side, but I think it really is worth it if one has the means. They were so fantastic to my Mom, and I will always be grateful.

I can’t say enough about the staff and the excellent care provided to residents at Auberge Sugar Land. Memory care patients are a challenging population who require endless patience and compassion. My mother lived at Auberge for 18 months. Living close by, I dropped in nearly everyday. My unannounced visits occurred at all hours and many times caregivers didn’t even know I had arrived. I was always impressed by the number of times they would come to my mom’s room during the visit. My mom was not a joiner—so they had to make an effort to check on her. I always saw patients treated with dignity and acceptance. My mother passed away last week and Auberge has supported, comforted, and assisted me beyond all expectations. I am forever grateful.

The Auberge at Sugar Land is a wonderful facility! The staff is well trained in caring for those with Alzheimer’s, and they know how to redirect instantly. Every time I am out there, the facility is being cleaned. There are daily activities for the residents, and the staff knows how to get everyone involved in these activities. Their staff is superb! They are currently caring for my husband, and I can rest better at night knowing he is well cared for.
