As painful as it is, I wanted to leave a review. If you care at all about your parent, please do not leave them here. It went completely downhill. The turnover is outrageous. Just ask staff how long they have been there… skeleton staff… the bare bones. Look elsewhere.
We had a great experience bringing my mom from California to The Beacon here in Gulf Breeze. Every one of the staff that we interacted with was AWESOME!!!
I have to find a place for Mom. I spoke to Danielle Mitchell today. She gave me a virtual tour, was very informative about the all inclusive facility and memory care program. She told me how they keep the residents engaged and active and I felt like this would be the perfect place to care for my mom...

She told me how they keep the residents engaged and active and I felt like this would be the perfect place to care for my mom. It is clean, airy, and welcoming. Danielle was very personable and friendly and earned my trust. This is definitely the place I would want my mom to be cared for.

The Beacon at Gulf Breeze is very nice and attractive. Very comfortable surroundings. The staff who toured me was excellent. They're not only helpful, they're extremely helpful. They referred me to other agencies that could help me like the Veterans Administration. I didn't feel rushed at all. They gave me full-time attention. I was impressed. They had a park area outside where the guests could go out and relax in the sun. It was warm then. The only drawback that I had was the price.
