Do not put your family here I worked for this company. They’re so short staffed the residents are neglected. Don’t work here either.
I would not recommend this place. Way to much work for the pay. People are tolieted 2 times a shift if they are lucky. I got screamed at by a RN and LPN after bringing someone into the bathroom. I would not recommend this place. Way to much work for the pay. People are tolieted 2 times a shift if they are lucky. I got screamed at by a RN and LPN after bringing someone into the bathroom. After everyone but me was on break. I was still training. They screamed at me like I abused the resident for helping her in the bathroom. I never was written up tho. I was late 2 minutes. Mind u I''m always early and stay late. I believe I was let go because I reported work place violence Betwen two cna. It was violent screaming swearing threats of fist fighting. I reported it we sign something the first day saying we would. 2 days later I was let go! They need skilled adults running that place not adult children and rude disrespectful staff. Not only did I hear it. The residents their families and 10 other workers no one reported it but me And I was let go2 days later. Then they called back and said oh was never fired. I was told to turn in my badge and Leave immediately. I would be embarrassed to work there. Not ruining my 21 year experience and reputation

I wasted many weeks unemployed, going through the process of getting a job at Loretto, The Commons on Saint Anthony street. After losing a best friend and not being in contact for a couple days, Debbie from HR decided that I did not deserve the job in which I had been offered and officially accepted. They made a very low point of my life crash down even lower, and would not even have the decency to tell me over the phone. She texted me and when I asked for a reason why I could no longer work for the company, she didn’t bother to answer. Unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel bad for the people that work there that seek any help from HR. I was SO excited to begin working there and they really put a bad reputation forth. I will continue posting this on every review site possible. Thanks, Michaela G.

Former employee. The (now retired) head of human resources purposely and intentionally withheld my medical records from me because I found another job closer to home with MUCH better pay. I was also told my pay would be 15.50 an hour and was getting paid 12.50, also, when I tried to get my information needed to start my new job, the same woman told me she was withholding my information because I left the company. The care (or lack thereof) I witnessed while there was insane, and a lot of staff complain about their jobs and are very rough with the residents and very callous, with little to no attention to their wants and needs, both physically and emotionally. There are some nurses who are very kind and good at what they do, but the majority of them definitely should not have a license to be a nurse. Overall, so so disappointed and definitely will not be admitting any of my family members there, ever.
