The Palms staff were exceptional, displaying a high level of competence and genuine care towards their guests. From the moment my Mother arrived, they welcomed her with warm smiles and a willingness to assist her throughout her time there. What truly set them apart, however, was their genuine care for the well-being and comfort of my mother. They went above and beyond to ensure that she felt at home. They showed a sincere interest in making sure she had the best possible experience. Their caring nature extended beyond their professional duties. They took the time to engage in meaningful conversations, getting to know her on a personal level, and making her feel appreciated. This personalized approach made her feel like more than just a patient, but rather a part of a warm and welcoming home community. Thank you again for everything.
Read moreThe Palms at Bonaventure Assisted Living was probably the most open place that I went to. They had a very friendly staff. They had a lot of socialization. They had activities. It was a very nice facility. It was very clean.

They took such wonderful care of my husband. Just seeing the love and care they gave him put my mind and heart at ease. After he passed away I chose to stay living at The Palms in their Assisted Living community. it's my home. I have made many friends here. I love the people, the care I receive, the delicious food, and most of all, the activities. Living here has enhanced my life more than I could ever imagine. Thank you to all the amazing staff for taking such good care of me! Love, Eva

My friends' family have chosen The Palms At Bonaventure Assisted Living for them. The tour experience was excellent. It was airy and relatively spacious. The grounds were garden-like and there was room for walking. The one-bedroom was larger than some of the others we looked at. The staff was professional and friendly. They have the typical things for activities. There is an activity crafts type of room. There is a library and a billiards area. There is a walking path around the grounds, which is very nice as well. The views from some of the rooms are from the courtyard, which is very nice. There is a large window in the living room and the bedroom area, which let in a lot of light. Some had full-sized refrigerators whereas others had smaller refrigerators. It was only two-story high, which was nice and made it seem more open and airy. From the second floor, you could look down on the first floor and the main area. There were two laundry rooms on each floor, so people could do their own laundry if they chose to. There are lots of amenities. The décor and the colors were warm and lighter. I would say the food was good. You are served at the table. It was a very pleasant experience in the dining room partly because the dining room was very open, and it felt more like a nice restaurant. The chairs were plush chairs rather than hardback chairs, and that made a difference. There was a main menu that was published a week in advance, and then there were other availalble choices. There was at least one other choice for the day, and then they have some other kinds of foods, which are available at any time. It's more of a snack kind of thing.

My family chose The Palms as my new home, and I am extremely happy they did. The community is extremely clean, the staff are so kind and helpful, and they have plenty of great activities and evets to keep my mind and body strong. My apartment has a beautiful view of the courtyard. They also welcomed my sweet dog, Harvey, with open arms, the staff even keep special treats for him in their desks and he visits them every day to say “Hi!” I am very thankful that Harvey and I have such a wonderful place to call home.
Read moreI think the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially considering my loved one's attitude sometimes. They do the best they can. And the facility always seems clean. With the food, I think they just oversold it. They make it sound gourmet, when in reality it is more like cafeteria food.
