I like the location of the Trustwell Living community and the weather. We are very close to town and can easily walk or drive to many stores and restaurants. The staff are great and I have made friends with many of the residents.

My loved one was previously a resident at Trustwell Living at Sinclair Place and I was there for two months helping her move. The facility was beautiful, but understaffed. They provided minimum services to the residents there. The food looked terrible and every meal, the poor ladies at the table with my loved one picked at the food and barely ate anything. The poor server apologized to them for the food. It was a classy looking, beautiful facility and the services promised sounded great! However, they did not deliver what was promised. Administration did not care about the residents, only the aides, nurses and kitchen staff seemed to care. Don't choose this place unless you're going to be checking in almost daily.

My dad and sister changed her diaper and cleaned her. We would not have placed her in Sinclair Place had we known she wasn't going to get the care the intake manager described. If we'd have known how limited their staffing resources were going to be, we would not have put mom in Sinclair Place. She definitely did not get the care they described on intake.

My mother-in-law will be moving into Sinclair Place. Everyone seemed happy and friendly. It's not overcrowded by any means. They don't take Medicare, but the cost seemed reasonable. I had a good feeling about the place. It's a bit dated, but it's clean and it had big open spaces and large rooms. The room we chose is probably on the sunnier side of the building, so there are lots of light and closet space and a nice big roll-in shower bathroom kind of situation. They could make the paint a little more cheerful. I was told about everything that they offer. The staff during the tour was very responsive, very professional, and very pleasant. They had a very large dog park that was not fenced in. You keep your dogs on a leash, but there's a huge place for dogs. It has a very lovely covered pavilion out front. Sequim is a beautiful area. There are lots of trees and lots of greenery and the flowers are out this time of the year. The grounds were very, very nice. There was a room in particular that I quite liked that had a good exposure and they're in the throes of upgrading it with a new mini-split, new paint, and new carpet, and they said that by July 1st, that would be available.
Read moreFriendly staff and helpful when called upon, plenty of things to do to entertain, and the meals are good and healthy.
I am generally happy with this place and my care here.
